Over the years we have been constantly asked if we would accept consignments of collectables to be sold via Greenlight Memorabilia. Well in 2010 we are proud to announce that we have established a consignment program for individuals and professionals in the Autograph and Collectable Industry.

Because Greenlight Memorabilia is not only a retailer, it is a manufacturer of quality Memorabilia and Collectables it can assist you with ensuring maximum returns for your consignment items. Why compete in the market place with trying to sell your Autograph or Autographed Item. Our consignment program allows you to have your autographed item manufactured into a truly unique and one of a kind display collectable that is more desirable to fans and collectors. This creates a higher a return to you for making that extra effort.

How do I get started?

Getting started is easy, email us today your list of items you are wanting to sell. Tell us what they are (photo, guitar etc) and the condition you think they are in. We would also like to know if you purchased them from a dealer, or obtained the autograph in person, in other words tell us the history of the item where possible.

Once we have this information we will respond to you with a little information on market values and expectations based on recent and historical sales of the same or similar items. We will also forward a copy of the consignment agreement for you to view and look at your available options. We will also request photos of the items you listed in your first email.

Then what happens?

Once the basic Consignment Agreement is signed by you and us, we jump into action. We will create your item page listings in the consignment category of our online store. Obviously the more good quality images you provide of the raw item and history of the item, the higher the chance you have to sell your item quickly. In affect your items will have their own pages on our website, they will be marketed until sold and we will include the items in the weekly consignment newsletter going out to our members.

What are the fees for this service?

The Consignment Agreement explains the fees for the service, and are dependent on the option you select at the time. The basic fee is 10% of the sale price if sold alone and up to 20% if sold in one of our collectable displays. The manufacturing charge is agreed at the time of your decision and will be recouped from the final sale price to cover raw costs of the materials used in the final display.

I'm an Autograph Dealer and have excess stock, can I work with your Consignment Program?

Of course you can, there is a different version of the Consignment Agreement which is a Professional Consignment Agreement. You must also be willing to have your items assessed by our Greenlight Consignment Representatives. Working with Greenlight Memorabilia in turning your Autographs into professional jaw dropping collectables that create you greater returns for your hard work.
